Animal Encounters! Get hands-on with some more exotic species!

Want to get up close with the exotics?  This is your chance!  Hands-on encounters are currently available with,

• Baby Alligator!
• Naked Mole Rats!
• Black Head Python!
• Virginia Opossum!
• Rhino Iguana!

The zoo is open Tuesday - Sunday from 12pm - 6pm.  Encounters are available Tuesday - Sunday from 12:30pm - 5:30pm, so please plan accordingly.

What to expect?  Encounters are not "timed," but last around 10 - 15 minuites.  Encounters are not required if you're just wanting to visit the zoo, however, they allow you to get upclose and personal with some of the more exotic species that most people will never have the opportunity to encounter!  Be sure to check back!  Depending on the time of the year, the encounters available do change! 

To schedule an encounter follow these simple steps:

1. Add admission to cart.
2. Add the encounter(s) to cart.
3. Repeat for anyone in your group wanting to participate.
4. Check out.
5. While checking out, it will give you an option to send us a note.  Use this space to enter the day and time you would like the encounter.
